The primary mission of the Northwest Louisiana Government Procurement Center is to increase the number of federal, state, and local government contract award dollars being awarded to businesses located in our region of the state, thereby creating and retaining jobs.

Associate Contracting Assistance Specialist
Administers the contract for the Government Procurement Center with the Defense Logistics Agency. Provides assistance with all aspects of government contracting while acting as a liaison between clients and government purchasing agencies.

Jeanene Deen

Certified Procurement Professional

Assists small businesses in identifying and bidding on Department of Defense, international, federal, state, and local bid opportunities. Assists clients with certifications processes and proposal reviews.  Conducts training seminars dealing with government contracting.

Contracting Assistance Specialist

Assists clients with certification and registration processes.  Assists small businesses in identifying Department of Defense, international, federal, state, and local bid opportunities.  Primary contact for military and Department of Defense specifications, standards and government procurement histories for manufacturers.  Outreach, seminar, and conference organizer.
